Jennifer is a skilled litigator who has acquired a significant breadth and depth of experience in federal and state court actions over the past ten years. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation and mediation in numerous areas of law, including contract, fiduciary and corporate duties, insurance and reinsurance, tax, banking, and false advertising. She has also represented clients in investigations by the SEC and other federal agencies. Jennifer has a proven ability to ramp up quickly and efficiently on complex matters, whether they be newly-filed or in the midst of hard-fought litigation.
Jennifer began her law career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP in New York, where she served as a litigation associate from 2001-2009. She moved to Texas in 2009, where she practiced with the law firms of Miller Keffer & Pedigo, LLP and Goldfarb LLP before joining Loewinsohn Deary Simon Ray in 2016. Prior to law school, Jennifer taught English in Okayama, Japan, and was an associate for corporate programs at The Asia Society in New York.
